Pros: Loved the look of the hotel. The facilities were good. The water taxi was amazing. We didn't wait long to check in at all. The staff was pleasant, some more than others.

Cons: Only water available was Fiji water. At least that is the only one I found in the Espresso (Starbucks) and the one already in the room. The tap water was not cold enough to drink. Issues with the key cards which kept not working. It was resolved but it was still annoying.

Wonderful - kids and adults really enjoyed the hotel and location was great to Universal parks.

Pros: Excellent staff - club upgrade was excellent and facilities at Portofino were wonderful - overall wonderful stay!

Cons: Would have been nice to be able to get a later check out but not offered this but understand it was busy!
