Amazing stay

Pros: The location was amazing, the parking was great, in the room the furniture was beautiful, nee the restroom was clean. I would 100% stay again

Cons: The breakfast had a lack of protein, but still good as it had pancakes, waffles & toast.

Pros: First of all, I liked the hotel's location with a view of the lake, everything was within walking distance... Restaurants, Universal Studios, and I was also surprised that the room was cleaned every day.

Cons: I didn't like the breakfasts; they don't even resemble proper breakfasts. Sometimes there aren't even any eggs. So there's practically no protein in the breakfast, only bread and pastries. There are no problems with the fruit. I would like a little more variety in the breakfast.

Pros: Location to Universal Studios was excellent. Beds were very comfortable.

Cons: Lack of parking. Parking lot was full every night. The breakfast was basic. Boiled Eggs, Cereal, Pancake. Huge line ups and constantly running out of milk.

Very nice stay in an excellent location

Pros: The room is spacious, with very comfortable queen beds and a brand-new bathroom that’s bright and equipped with an excellent shower. The minibar and microwave are a good size and really handy for anyone looking to save a bit on meals.

Cons: Breakfast is quite limited, but honest. But the checkout was a nightmare. I ended up standing for about 40 minutes waiting to be helped by the only staff member at the desk, since two guests ahead of me were checking in. Because there are no in-room charges, a simple key drop—like in most hotels—would have avoided all that hassle.

Pros: The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The facilities were great, the beds were comfortable, and we really enjoyed the nice view. The pool was open and available, which was a big plus.

Cons: The breakfast was a bit limited, with mostly sweet options and a small overall selection.

Pros: The exterior looks a little untidy but inside the hotel was lovely. The room and bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely view over the lake. The reception staff were lovely!

Cons: The breakfast was a bit of a scrum, and very basic. Our superior room had one coffee and one decaffeinated coffee packet for 2 people and two days and no tea.
