Pros: Fantastic for the kids fun atmosphere and really clean. Saff where very accommodating. Pool was very safe with loads of lifeguards

We only stayed one night so didn’t get to see all of the resort. I would have liked to have stayed longer.

Christmas at Universal

Pros: Great staff, very friendly. We were given celebration badges on our arrival for our anniversary. Close to the park, with a nice short walk. Facilities are great, towels included at the pool. We were there just before Christmas. The decorations and ambience was a great start to the holiday.

Cons: Prices are quite expensive for snacks and bottled water.

Great hotel

Pros: Great themed hotel. The suites were great for a family of 4. Good facilities and great location for the parks. Our third visit to this hotel.

Cons: Bit busy this time around, although that's to be expected with the holidays.

Pros: Pablo told us about the secret water taxi that takes you to the park. Very cool for the kids and Pablo even walked us across the road to make sure we safely got to the hotel where the taxi picked up:dropped off.

Pros: The staff were helpful. The pool’s lovely. It’s a well run hotel. The beds were comfortable and the buses ran on time

A really great option to explore Universal from

Pros: For a “value” hotel, this place has a lot of amenities. From characters in the lobby, two huge pools, a bowling alley, it is really a great hotel. There’s a fantastic gym and changing area which is really handy if you are taking a later flight out of Orlando, as you can shower and change after a park/pool day.
