A great hotel and value for money

Pros: The whole set up. Especially the value for money for the Club rooms.

Cons: Breakfast was quite basic and on Some days was hardly anything available. But it was free.

Pros: The room was spacious and well laid out. Being on the ninth floor gave us quite a good view of the local area during the day and great sunsets and fireworks during the evening. Being a club room we had access to the sky bar on the roof, this was wonderful, a small pool to cool off in and a hot tub are a nice way to relax, the bar had an adequate selection of drinks, Hilda and Cerine were great hosts.

Cons: The entertainment equipment in the room could be better, the tv is old. most big hotels now have smart tv’s and something that could play music, handy when you’re getting ready for an evening out. The rooms are only cleaned every three days but if anything is needed reception are very helpful.

Pros: Very good value. The hotel was very clean and the reception staff were very friendly. The pool area was nice & we welcomed the relaxing time spent in the jacuzzi. A good location for Universal...only a short spin away. Within walking distance of restaurants etc.

Pros: Everything was perfect. Barb on reception was exceptional. She went above and beyond to accommodate us. Having 2 wheelchair users in our party was very difficult, but Barb made our stay enjoyable.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and accommodating Great location for Unicersal studios. We had a suite which had access to roof top pool and bar which was clean and stunning views of the skyline. Extremely clean and spacious.
