Christmas visit

Pros: Central location. Resort was family oriented. Lads at the security post were fantastic and helpful. Always smiling and welcoming.

Cons: Nil

Stay here for a comfy and relaxed stay

Pros: Very large and comfortable. Fully equipped. Parking right by your front door

Cons: It was all great, no complaints.

Great holiday and high specs on villa. Small improvements above would make it exceptional

Pros: Great facilities and the hotel was well equipped. Good location.

Cons: Hot water issues and proper duvets on children’s beds would have been better. A vacuum cleaner was also needed

Exactly What the Doctor Ordered

Pros: The location is pretty much perfect if you'd like to just relax or if you'd like to go explore the various parks etc around Orlando. The rooms were great, the pool was really warm even without the heating element and overall we just had a really great time. Was the perfect comedown after road-tripping across the east coast.

Cons: There was a general lack of places to eat on-site. There's only the pool bar and that selection is very limited. However, this is offset by the fact you're in walking distance of some really great restaurants.

Excellent position, fabulous house, nothing to dislike.

Pros: Location was perfect for Universal/ Islands of Adventure. Resort pool was excellent. The house seemed pretty new so everything was in good condition. Toiletries provided in the bathrooms were much appreciated. Loved the big overhead fans. The themed bedroom ( ours was Minions) is amazing! If you’ve got kids, of any age, they will love it. There are four single beds, smallish so better for younger kids. So well thought out, slides from top bunks etc. there is an X box but you do need to bring your own games. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. We received lots of messages before and during our stay offering assistance should we need it. Any queries were responded to quickly. We were even contacted by phone prior to our stay to check that we had all the information like entry codes before we arrived. Very efficient. Would stay again.

Cons: Resort is very big, so bit of a walk from the villa to reach the Aqua area where the pool is located. There are gates to access in the perimeter, but we couldn’t get to them from our house due to building works. Would benefit from a convenience shop which it looked like is being built.

Pros: Quality of the house and fittings / facilities. Location of the resort, cleanliness of the entire resort.

Cons: Nothing in relation to our stay. However, based on the pricing I paid, which is higher than it is to rent a house in the Orlando area in general, the value for money for the quality of the stay and the resort, is very good. My concern is that we would not be able to stay there again as the price of the exact same house on the exact same dates in 2026 is over double the price, which is not value for money. I just hope the prices stay at a reasonable level or this will not be an option for most families including ourselves.

Amazing

Pros: I love the space, swimming pool, location and the staff was very friendly.

Cons: the sofa was shot narrow which caused me to hurt my legs.

Fantastic !

Pros: The house was fantastic. We stayed as a family of 5 in a 4 bedroom. The pool in house was great, the kid room was a dream for them, the amenities was amazing (paddle boards, basket ball, slides,…) and everything was there to make it a great stay.

Cons: While everything is fantastic a few things have to be considered - these are things to be aware of ... I must admit customer service have been very helpful whenever asked for something. - the wifi is so so- keep disconnecting and not really high speed. - the pool keep closing toward mid afternoon because of thunderstorm (late August). Not their fault but annoying. - the access to the barbecue costed us an extra 100USD which was not planned. As a benefit they do ask you to not clean it. - when we arrived there was too few dishwasher soap, or coffee filters, salt and pepper … you know all the small things that cost a lot when you only stay for a few days. - also because everyone has a pool the calm of your house is very dependent of your neighbors. We have experienced a very noisy family 1 afternoon with loud music and singing. Villatel sent security extremely quickly to fix it and they were gone the next day anyway but still you have to consider this.

Pros: The villa was exceptional. The beds were so comfy. The resort was very clean and very safe. Staff so lovely and helpful especially savannah in the pool bar.
