Fantastic hotel really made my holiday

Pros: Very polite and helpful staff. Wonderful bedroom which was particularly quiet.

Cons: I would have preferred the restaurant opening time for breakfast to have been half an hour earlier.

Wish I could have stayed more days!

Pros: The facilities were amazing, especially the pool area. The room was big and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great!

Cons: I would recommend to have private transportation to the airport available.

Pros: room size acceptable, lobby area so good ,the pool was one of the best for sure the staff was so perfect .

Cons: The water pressure at the bathroom not that powerful, it can be more beater then this so for the people they dream with morning shower maybe they will disappointed. I miss my Arabic tv channels.

Pros: Прекрасное месторасположение, очень люблю бегать по дорожкам вдоль озер, встречая огромных птиц, черепах, и других обитателей. очень красивая территория, отдельной звезды заслуживает, красивый гольф-клуб, интерьер отеля и концепция очень откликаются

Cons: В этот раз стали платными гель для душа, шампунь и пр. Я не против, но большой объем предлагают, не мой фаворит среди брендов и запахов и далеко не по рыночной цене…

Overall it was a good experience with a fun atmosphere for the kids.

Pros: Great staff, smooth check in and check out. Rooms are large and the beds were soft. Service was great

Cons: Pool was way too hectic over the 4th of July weekend. Too many people were allowed in from the adjoining JW Marriott property and the games section , ping pong table fusbal etc were not well maintained

Alles zusammen, war’s ein schöner Aufenthalt

Pros: Das Frühstücksbufet, war ausreichend aber nicht sehr üppig

Cons: Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht und beim auschecken wurde uns das Frühstück voll berechnet mit der Begründung ( es sein nur ein Continentales Frühstück dabei, bei der Buchung) davon war allerdings nirgendwo etwas erwähnt! Fanden wir etwas komisch! Aus Kulanz haben sie uns 1x das Frühstück gestrichen und wir mussten nur 1x bezahlen, warum diese abzocke, habt ihr doch gar net notwendig
