Universal's Terra Luna Resort

Pros: Beautiful, new hotel, very clean and convenient for accessing the parks. We loved the heated swimming pool, open until 9pm and with lifeguards on duty in February.

Cons: Experience on the ground floor room, a lot of noise / banging from the room above us. Difficult to block out and we were mostly at the parks.

Pros: a very pleasant and great hotel at this new area. the rooms are new, clean and well equipped. if your main reason is the Epic Universe this is the place. it's just a 5 min bus ride to the theme park (but no walking path for now). the bus is running so frequently so you didn't loose time taking the bus. i'll stay again next visit at the Terra Luna: good value for the room rate.

Cons: the variety of food at the quick service restaurant and there is no table service restaurant at the hotel (only the omega cafe).

excellent stay. Great location and facilities and inexpensive

Pros: Great new hotel. Room was great, pool was excellent and large. The pool was empty during the day as guests were at the theme parks. Staff on the bar and desk were excellent and enthusiastic. Very close to Epic Universal via courtesy buses. Probably only classed as 3 star as doesn't have spa's, entertainment, etc, which aren't needed given that everybody probably only stays to visit the Theme parks

Cons: Self service cafe closed at 10pm. People returned from Epic Universal after 10pm. Seemed like a missed opportunity for the hotel and inconvenient for the guests

Location superb

Pros: Clean and comfortable. Best part how close it is and how often shuttle bus travels to parks. Self laundry option was very useful 🤗

Cons: Limited choice of food, not enough storage options for traveling with family, if you like unpacking your luggage.

Pros: A brand new hotel! Great value for money - my family and I loved everything!

Great hotel for a visit to Universal

Pros: We liked the overall feel of the hotel. Room was spacious and clean; pool area was also great. Transportation to the parks worked really well.

Cons: Food options in and around the hotel were limited. We would have liked more choice.

Pros: I truly can't think of a better place to stay if you're going to Epic Universe. Great location, great perks (early entrance really helps to enjoy the park for one extra hour). The room was amazing, very spacious and cozy. The crew was very welcoming as well.

Cons: The only thing I can think of is the hotel shop could have Epic Universe magnets for sale, since I collect them and couldn't find any. But that's not a dealbreaker at all.

Pros: Friendly staff, good size rooms, the pool was good, fof Epic. Very clean, good atmosphere within complex.

Cons: Reception seemed under staffed, very frustrating as room.key would not work at check in. The family inc 2 children waited by the room, had to wait ovrr 40 minutes to get a new key... other than check in everything was good.

Terra Luna is out of this world in regards to value

Pros: Location is perfect for all universal parks with free transport. The pool area is spacious and fairly relaxing. Good food options on site.

Cons: Cleaning of rooms was lacking a hoover but fed back to staff. I feel they should offer more for the link up with universal like small discounts on park or express passes for bookings over 10 days etc.
