Great Stay, beautiful and clean.

Pros: Called afterhours and a kind gentleman replied promptly. He was very courteous and made himself available for anything else we needed.

Cons: Not a big deal but didn't know there weren't any eating utensils available.

Nice pool area, with a game room for the kids and a stacked bar for the adults

Pros: I booked a 2 bedroom to accommodate 4 adults and 1 teenager. When we arrived we noticed that in the living room there was no sofa bed. I called customer service and I was immediately upgraded to a beautiful 3 bedroom for a minimum fee. The customer service rep was very polite and helpful.

Cons: A sofa bed in the living room.

Pros: The close proximity to Universal and the convention center. The price.

Cons: The furniture is old and worn, probably needs a refresh. Getting to the main clubhouse was difficult with having to find a gate to walk out and one to access the other property after crossing the busy street.

Pros: The property is well maintained and located in a great location.

Cons: Dirty/stained washcloths. We had to go out and buy more.

Great place to stay in Orlando!

Pros: Excellent location next to shopping, parks and expressways. You can walk to the supermarket.

Cons: Pool was closed the entire week. Management was not able to explain why and when it will open.

Cute & Clean Condo close to the pool with nice grounds and facilities.

Pros: The proximity of the unit (4126 Breakview Dr. #407) to the pool was perfect. The condo was clean and beds were comfortable. The two full bathrooms were very spacious. Condo was 1100 sq ft. Unit provides some basic items to start with such as toilet paper, travel size dish soap, a sponge, a couple thin garbage bags, and some laundry & dishwasher pods. Pool towels were also provided. A standard coffee maker was provided as well as washer & dryer.

Cons: Typically when guests rent a condo they plan to use the kitchen. However, kitchen was extremely under stocked in regard to cooking items like pots and pans. The unit says it sleeps 8 people yet only offered 5 dinner forks. There were a few forks that seemed like they were for toddlers. Knives for chopping were also very limited. There were no serving bowls or containers for food except one. It was extremely difficult to cook even simple meals. Two of the pots offered were big enough to boil 2-3 eggs. Not even big enough for a 6oz box of Mac & cheese. There was one very small stock pot, one small skillet pan and maybe one medium sized pan. No baking sheet pan to make salmon or roast vegetables. Cooking utensils were also very limited. No storage containers for leftovers. It would also be helpful to have hooks put in the back of the bathroom and bedroom doors for hanging stuff. A small side table in the master bathroom would be nice next to the shower since the shower doesn’t have a shelf or ledge to put any of your personal shower items. Condo was quite clean but the floors in the unit were dirty.

Pros: Great location, easy being able to check in immediately to room, very clean, all rooms were well stocked.

Cons: In 1 of the 3 bedrooms there were 2 full size beds.. 1 of them was extremely hard and not easy to sleep in

Pros: location was good. Access was good. seemed pretty clean

Cons: We were not advised ahead of time about the pool and clubhouse (maybe I missed it). Lots of squeaky floors and doors. Beds were not too comfortable. Upstairs hot and cold water are plumbed opposite - hot water goes to the toilet!!!

Pros: beautiful property? Vista cay staff exceptional. pool area amazing
