Amazing stay

Pros: Amazing stay, from the minute we checked in to the minute we left I can honestly say it's been one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The service from every member of staff was 5***** Thank you.

Cons: Absolutely nothing we didn't like about the hotel. It was fantastic.

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel and we would go back again.

Pros: Lovely pool with plenty of sun beds and towels. Very friendly and helpful staff everywhere. Excellent gift shop - lovely staff. Nice food in the cafe - delicious tuna sandwiches. Bright and airy ambience in the foyer and general ground floor.

Cons: The bedrooms need a bit of TLC. The blackout curtains were shredded so I think some new ones are needed. The mattress in my room needed to be replaced.

Pros: Super bed, large room (corner suite), good fitness club, cool lobby area

Cons: Dated in need of renovation, hotel run to milk customers to the maximum possible, furniture, carpets transports you back a few decades, even towels and linen while clean, old. Everything that you may consider buying on premise extremely expensive

Pros: The Whole resort was very nice. The pool area and hot tubs where also very nice.

Cons: I really didn’t like the room. Definitely needed more of a modern touch to it.

Night time comfort at a high price

Pros: Comfortable bed and large room. Breakfast was nice but very expensive. Nice large pool although changing facilities not good there.

Cons: Lighting was poor and I didn’t like the room having an internal window to the inside of the hotel. Although initial charges seemed ok, all the additional taxes make this hotel an expensive option.
