Nice place to stay.

Pros: Clean hotel, well orginized, rooms clean and confortable. Breakfast was better than other hotels, more option and clean

Cons: Car parking is not free. There is no place on walking distance.

Lovely hotel

Pros: Lovely friendly staff, very clean and comfortable hotel. The pool was fabulous, breakfast was great and we had a lovely relaxing stay.

Cons: I booked 3 guests in my room when I booked, myself, my husband and my child. However, the room attendant only gave us two towels every day which meant we were short. I also requested extra towels in the room but we were not given them. This was very annoying throughout our stay.

Extraordinary garden and pool area

Pros: The Lazy pool was extraordinary!!! We had lots of fun floating in the tubes wirh splashes, bubbles and waterfall. Breakfast was the best in Florida with everything you need. Only the waffle maker was missing. But a very good egg omelet instead and fresh fruits (water melon, pineapple, melons, grapes).

Cons: Hard to get 3 free sunbeds in the early afternoon; and in the shade no chance. A lot sunbeds „reserved“ just with a towel.

Great experience in the pool.

Pros: The pool and lazy river is perfect. The service guys are really helpful. The location is great. Breakfast was easy but delicious.

Cons: The carpet in the room not clean enough.

Pros: I decided to stay at the Hilton as it was close to the Orange Convention Centre. I was in Orlando to attend a conference and to take my grandson to Disney and Universal. The room was wonderful- quiet, clean with comfortable beds. It was good having a refrigerator available in the room and a Walgreens within walking distance. The pool was lovely with my grandson enjoying the lazy river while I sipped a drink from the poolside bar. They had yummy non-alcoholic frozen drinks that my grandson enjoyed. I did not realise that I was supposed to check-out, and the team were absolutely wonderful. It was so very stressful as the Australian Dollar does not stretch that far against the USD, and they were excellent! If I would have had more money at hand, I would have stayed much longer.

Cons: It would have been nice if the slide at the pool was open as my grandson would have liked to use it. I didn't ask about breakfast options, so I'm not sure if there would have been anything that was reasonable, and I could not afford buffet prices.

Pros: Nice bar and breakfast area. Clean facility and close to the convention center. If you are attending a convention this is a great place to stay.

Cons: The hotel needs a refresh, it was clean, just old. The bar area is nice and the downstairs restaurant had good food.

A relaxing oasis in Orlando.

Pros: I had lunch at the sports bar. The food was quick, hot, and tasty. Service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and professional.

Cons: No staff at lazy river to enforce rules.

Pros: Everything. The restaurants were all incredible, the pool and lazy River were amazing and our room was wonderful!!!

Cons: Nothing.

Beautiful hotel! Good location!

Pros: It would be a great location if you are going to the convention center right across from it. Liked the store with cafe in it. Not bad food and pretty fast! The baked goods are pretty amazing!

Cons: Slide was being painted, so we could not use it. Unfortunately, we booked the hotel half because of the slide. We are willing to try them again, though.
