Very nice hotel with excellent pool facilities

Pros: The hotel was exactly as we hoped - a lovely, comfortable room on a high floor; the shops were excellent, the Starbucks concession very convenient and the pool and lazy river just what we expected. We didn't use the slides or the Aquaventure but they both looked good fun and seemed very popular. Whole hotel had a nice vibe and it was pleasantly busy all the time!

Cons: Valet parking got very busy and there were some delays getting our vehicle on a couple of the days but other than that, nothing to complain about!

Pros: Everything, comfortable, staff were ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen. Very clean

Pros: Everything was great — the cleanliness was exceptional, and the services were beyond excellent.

Cons: There’s honestly nothing worth mentioning negatively, but perhaps the lack of variety in the breakfast menu was the only thing I didn’t like. However, it doesn’t affect the overall impression of the hotel — it’s exceptional.

Great hotel in a prime location

Pros: The hotel's location is excellent. Close to the best places in Orlando and in a high-end area. The building is impressive and the hotel's facilities are complete.

Cons: I believe that the cleanliness of the rooms is not compatible with the standard of the hotel. This is a point that should be addressed by the hotel management.

Excellent stay in excellent hotel!

Pros: Beautiful hotel, great pools including lazy river. Exquisite restaurant with Michelin recommended chef. Convenient shuttle service. We loved it all.

Cons: Everything was great. Maybe only the charges for cleaning were a bit excessive.

Nice resort hotel, however the overall experience was disappointing.

Pros: The resort is expansive and caters to families with numerous children. The accommodations were satisfactory, though not particularly distinctive. We visited to celebrate New Year's Eve 2026; the venue was well decorated for the occasion, and guests were provided with champagne and festive accessories. The service staff consistently greeted us courteously throughout our stay.

Cons: It took ten minutes for staff to find our reservation. We booked for a New Year's Eve celebration but the venue was sold out after we reserved, despite being assured that there is no issue getting a table. Staff promised a solution, but only offered dinners ending at 10 pm, so we watched the fireworks from our room. For $750 per night, this was disappointing.

Gorgeous Property, Clean Room

Pros: Absolutely gorgeous property. The lobby was stunning with a fountain in the center and tall ceilings, all beautifully decorated for Christmas. The staff was very friendly and helpful at the front desk. On the day we checked out, they had a hot chocolate bar in the lobby with many toppings and that was a really nice touch and made my daughter very happy.

Cons: I was under the impression that the room that I booked had a balcony, and when I arrived at the property, that was not the case. This is the second time that this has happened with Booking.com, and I'm not sure why they make the booking process so needlessly tedious when it comes to the picking the room portion at the end of the booking process (i.e., King with a Lake View, 2 Queen Bed Balcony Pool View, etc.) There should be a filter option!
