Clean and convenient for families. Great location!

Pros: Great location - walking distance to many eating places and short drive to attractions.

Excellent location and decent price. Could do with a deep clean (behind furniture etc)

Pros: Spacious and very comfortable accommodation in a great location. Easy access and a large parking lot, which was a big plus.

Cons: The air conditioning and the fridge were quite loud while operating.

Worked perfectly for me a my group 👍

Pros: Great location and the suites work well for families .

Cons: Floors were dirty and rooms need a bit of work done on them IMO.

We use this hotel every year for the same work trip!

Pros: My third stay in this hotel for work purposes and it never ever disappoints.

Great hotel in the international drive area

Pros: This hotel is a great find in the area for the price and what it offers. The apartment is spacious, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need during your stay. Free WiFi is decent. I did not try their breakfast place nor other amenities but I'd assume they're good too. Parking was always available. ICON Park is located just across the street, so lots of restaurants available in the area, also pharmacies and stores.

Cons: Elevators seem to be a little outdated, other than that no complaints!

Great location, good value for money

Pros: Great location everything nearby, well equipped apartment, good size bedrooms, onside gym and pool, friendly staff

Cons: A few more pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.

Excellent stay at Sonesta ES Suites

Pros: Location is excellent, across the road from Icon Park on International Drive and 10 mins from Seaworld and Universal. The suite was spacious and has everything you need for your holiday fridge/freezer, Microwave, 2 Ring Hob, Toaster and Coffee Machine. Beds were really comfortable and huge. Didn’t use the sofa bed. Cleaning was done every 3 (quick clean - Replace towels, toilet roll etc.) and 7 days (full clean including bedding). Pool area was clean, spacious and towels always available pool not deep but good enough for a soak after a day at the parks. Jacuzzi was nice also. Each and every staff member we encountered whether it’s was reception, cleaner or Starbucks were all so nice and nothing is a bother!

Cons: The stand in shower/tubs in both of our en-suites could do with replacing. They were clean but were stained. Window in the master suite was onto the hallway and we were woken once or twice by noisy guests (not hotels fault) but it was actually quite quiet even being so close to Icon Park Certain hotel guests putting towels down on sun loungers first thing in the morning and not using them until later in the day (Again not the hotels fault)

Great location and lovely room , would stay here again

Pros: The location of this hotel is very good, right in the center of international drive across from the big wheel. The room was very nice and very clean. the bedrooms were spacious enough, the 2nd bedroom had 2 double beds which was great. Beds very comfortable.

Cons: The only issue I had was the pool is small enough but adequate. More sunbeds would be nice and some umberella's would be a nice bonus particularly if you are there in the height of summer. No music is played at the pool (music free pool area) which i think is pity as i think some music adds to the holiday vibe. Even is it was low volume would be nice. Would be nice to have a pool bar too ....some people like to come back and relax at pool after day at parks or shopping and chill out with a drink at the pool. No washing machine or dryer either which i think would be essential if you there with a family for a few or more.

Great location , clean spacious apartments

Pros: Great location for restaurants and the I ride trolley , front desk staff was always happy and willing to help . Apartments was clean

Cons: One small negative is would have liked a midweek sheet change , I know we could have asked for clean bedding but not something I want to do on holiday .
