Pros: It was near everything I drive trolley is a Good option Staying there

Cons: As soon as I arrived they charged me 120 dollars. As far as I knew i paid everything in booking including taxes with anticipation and they charged me 70 dollars for hotel fees extra and 50 that should bounce back to my account if everthing was ok in the room after checkout. I am dissapointed with booking not clarifying that in the reservation. For me that is not ok at all.

Great hotel few small flaws that when fixed can make it a standout hotel

Pros: Clean room clean reception clean pool. Can't fault its cleanliness and brightness and the helpful staff 5 min walk to icon park

Cons: Complained my tv didn't work on day one. On check out on day 3 it still wasn't working. Could not get any tv as it said no signal Also. Had an issue with bugs. In bathroom and even got in my luggage Downstairs i was disappointed with the lack of products to buy. Basically just water and kids drinks and snacks This would have been amazing if they had more food and drink to purchase

Pros: Alway stay here but they moved into the other building next to it which honestly is way better now than it’s been in the decade I have been coming here . The new upgraded location am liking alot .

Pros: Buena ubicación y personal amable. Hotel reformado totalmente menos alguna cosa sin importancia y totalmente equipado

Cons: El baño es lo único que de la habitación no estaba reformado 100% pero eso no hizo en ningun momento que nuestra estancia fuese peor

Super séjour dans l’ensemble, merci au personnel pour leur accueil, et merci à la dame présente lors des petits déjeuner

Pros: J’ai beaucoup aimé le calme, le personnel était sympathique, l’emplacement est plutôt bon, l’accès à la piscine très bien. Petit déjeuner incroyable. Le petit déjeuner inclus c’est magnifique. Les gaufres sont délicieux. Et j’ai beaucoup apprécié la dame présente lors du petit déjeuner les matins elle est très souriante et adorable 😁

Cons: Ce que j’ai un peu moins apprécié c est l’état de la salle de bain/toilettes car c’est assez détérioré au niveau des murs porte ça fait un peu sale, mis à part ça le reste de la chambre est très bien pour le prix. J’aurais aimé un frigo, dans la chambre je pensais que c’était inclus dans toutes les chambres. Mais tranquille j’ai fait sans. Et j’aurais apprécié être au courant que je devais régler une somme supplémentaire au moment du check in en plus de la caution.

BUENA UBICACIÓN

Pros: La ubicación, la atención de recepción y la persona que atiende restaurante en desayuno excelente

Cons: La habitación no estuvo del todo limpia. Salieron pequeñas cucarachas y el piso sucio. Hubo un cargo que era garantía y me lo aplicaron como cargo mismo que está siendo gestionado a reembolso el cual espero sea breve

Adecuada relación beneficio/costo

Pros: Es un buen sitio si se considera la relación costo-beneficio, no es el hotel mas bonito ni con los mejores servicios. No obstante el personal es muy amable, el precio muy bajo en comparación con otros sitios de la zona y en una ubicación perfecta, a solo una cuadra puedes abordar bus público para llegar rapidamente a todos los parque de Universal, Recomiendo este sitio para personas que buscan ahorrar dinero en hospedaje - transporte y poderlo usar en otras cosas (parques, comida, etc) , no lo recomiendo si tienes expectativas muy altas de hotel (desayuno, piscina, servicios adicionales).

Cons: El desayuno es muy básico, wafles y bebidas, aunque es entendible por el precio que se paga.
