Pros: The breakfast and location are both very good. Drinks are available with unlimited refills. There are good Japanese restaurants nearby, as well as a Walgreens. The hotel price was quite reasonable for me. The staff were all very friendly, and the hotel provides a shuttle to Universal, which is very convenient for travelers.

Cons: The blankets and pillows should be cleaned more thoroughly, as I could smell sweat and other unpleasant odors when using them. The room did not provide trash bags or toothpaste, so you need to bring your own.

Pros: You will never had this kind of hotel outside. Day and night you can have your coffee and soft drinks free. And you can enjoy your supper food from outside using their breakfast/dinner place without any worried … Super comfy and friendly

Excellent location with a lot of extras you don’t have to fork out too much money for.

Pros: Great location if you are going to the Universal parks and close to 3 different golf stores if you are into that thing. Complimentary breakfast was good, multiple selections of food to choose from. Shower experience out of this world for a hotel, hot with great water pressure. Best shower in a hotel I have had. King size bed too.

Pros: I stayed here many times before and had always a great stay. Staff is very friendly and when I arrived at 11am I could already checkin!

Cons: It would have been great if the yearly maintenance of the pool would have been postet before so I would have known that the pool is not available at my last day before checkout

Incredible value for Universal Stays!

Pros: Great value for money for two adults staying to enjoy Universal studios. The staff were super friendly and happy to advise on local areas and amenities. The pool was clean with loungers to enjoy downtime, the room was clean and comfortable and serviced regularly. The breakfast, kick back, popcorn and soft drinks really went far in making this incredible value. The free shuttle was great too!

Cons: The local area had lots of roadworks, which made short local walks to the stores a little tricky. But absolutely nothing the hotel could do to fix this and they still advised on best walking routes!

Pros: The location was perfect. The free snacks and drinks in the evening were a lovely treat to come back to after a busy day in the parks.

Cons: The staff were amazing, from the guys at the front desk to the staff at breakfast always so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, epically Cesar at the front desk.
