Pleasant stay

Pros: Location to Icon Park is fab (short walk, approx 4mins) and also location to Universal Studios / IoA / City Walk and also Epic Universe is very convenient. Beds were comfortable, very friendly staff!

Cons: The current renos! I know it’s a quiet season, I know it needs doing - it was just very, very loud. We were out all day for the majority of our stay so that wasn’t a bother but they started when people were at the buffet breakfast and it made breakfast unbearable.

Pros: Room was well equipt, Breakfast was plenty, staff very welcoming, location was perfect in the middle of everything. Will defiantly visit again. 5 stars from us.

Cons: There is nothing i didnt like about this hotel, the hotel provided everything for our break

Pros: Really excellent breakfast, great choice of fresh foods and the egg station was a great bonus that we didn't expect. Managers drinks reception also a great bonus. Ideal location within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. So easy to use the Trolly Bus to get up and down international drive and all the outlets for shopping. Staff really friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Only bit of a let down was the indoor/outdoor pool. Very small and not overly inviting.

Exceptional stay — amazing staff and top-notch service!

Pros: Overall, this hotel was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The staff and front desk team were incredibly helpful, supportive, and welcoming. If I ever visit Orlando again, this will definitely be my first choice. Highly recommended!

Cons: Everything was as expected

Pros: I really liked the quality of how the hotel looks when you enter the room area, very nice.

Cons: I didn't like the very hard matrees but otherwise super excellent

Pros: Location was good but there was a bit of noise from the road and construction during the night.

Cons: $18 dollars per night for parking is expensive, could have the bar open a bit later

Nice hotel not far from icon park that has plenty to do around the area. Nice place to stay

Pros: Very good breakfast offered. Made to order omelettes were very good!

Beautiful place, great amenities and would stay again!

Pros: I liked that it had a sign for guests letting people know when quiet hours are, it’s enjoy the happy hour and breakfast that is included in the stay and the rooms are very special and clean and have everything you need!

Cons: It’s a little outdated but that has no effect on the stay, I would say the rooms closer to the highway are noisy at night, so it can be a little difficult trying to fall asleep with the noises of the cars

Pros: Big room ,comfy beds and very clean . Great breakfast and bar tender very good and entertaining in the evening time. Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Plenty of parking and location is great. The price is great considering the breakfast buffet and free evening drinks . Overall a very well run,clean hotel with very good employees

Cons: The overall decor is a bit dark and tired but very clean . Needs to be lightened up with lighter colours and blinds,but it's not a criticism.
