Pros: Good position (near bar and restaurants in Icon Park and along International Drive and near Universal Studios parks). We loved breakfast because we had possibility to do waffles by ourselves and there were also other good options (mainly sweet food,but there were also eggs and bread). Rooms were cleaned every day.

Pros: the atmosphere was nice, staff was helpful and pleasant, rooms were clean, photos were pretty accurate, easy access to transportation and fun activities.

Cons: Boiled eggs every day, may be you could have done boil some days and do scrambled on other days

I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The hotel’s location is excellent—just 10 minutes from Epic Universe and right next to Icon Park. The breakfast was great, offering a wide variety of options. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Parking is free and easily accessible. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons: The door to our room during our second stay was difficult to open. It’s not intuitive that the lock needs to be pulled upwards to unlock it. Additionally, the elevator’s license was expired, which is concerning and should be addressed promptly to avoid potential issues. It was already quite slow and appears to be in need of regular maintenance.
