Our stay was interesting and enjoyable.

Pros: The location of the hotel was convenient for our trip. The room was comfortable especially the bed. The view from the room was great.

Cons: The breakfast served and the gym could be improved. The air condition unit seemed to need cleaning.

Loved our mini kitchenette and suite for family of 4! Lots of space!

Pros: The location was close to majority of the things that we were doing during our time in Orlando. The staff was very friendly and was always helpful and smiling with any of our questions that we had. We will definitely be thinking about traveling here next time we book Orlando.

Cons: The hotel is a little dated. The showers were older and you could tell it has been some time since there has been an update. I think that is what is holding me back from giving it a 10/10 because the rooms and showers were outdated. They still worked great and were fine, just wish it as newer. That would put it over the top.

Pros: Convenient to the convention center. Plenty of parking lot.

Cons: The water is running slowly, and the bed is wobbly. Lack of communication when the customer requests a late check-out.
