Hampton Inn & Suites at Lake Mary Colonial Townpark

Pros: Was very clean, staff were very nice, helpful and polite. It was at walking distance from anything you might want (restaurants, bars, supermarket, etc). Was also quiet for moments of rest.

Cons: Breakfast was good, but didn’t have many options (could be more diverse).

Nice and cosy stay

Pros: The hotel is well located in a calm and secure area with a large superstore that is accessible by foot. The hotel is modern and cosy. Our room was spacious with even an area with a sofa and a microwave which is useful. The bed was comfortable and large. Breakfast is also included and there are many options, you can even make your own fresh waffle.

Cons: The a/c in the room is a bit loud. Also breakfast time could be extended a bit longer.

Pros: Location to our customer, some good restaurants within walking distance

Cons: Price is quite high compared to other locations I have stayed in Orlando. Higher than many of those in the tourist areas

Pros: That's one of my favorite hotels to stay at when we're playing Tournament Baseball in Sanford, can walk to stores and restaurants, you don't need to drive anywhere

Pros: Breakfast, cleanliness, proximity to walkable restaurants, close to i4.

Cons: Beds were slightly uncomfortable, a/c was loud. I think we were in a room which was in line to be upgraded

Very nice overall. We stay with you each year on the way back from Naples to catch the AutoTrain.

Pros: Basically, very good. I suggestged more fresh fruit, like bananas or mixed chopped fruit in a bowl, etc.

Cons: Nothing that I can think of.

Good location and value

Pros: Everyone was courteous and helpful, breakfast was nicely done. Do us lots of choices in the food was good.

Cons: No way to dry your hands in the rest room near the food area.

Pros: Location to the airport. Comfortable bed. Didn't spend much time at the hotel, we had an early flight.

Cons: We booked 2 rooms but one of them wasn't very clean. I reported it to the front desk, and they sent someone to take care of it immediately. Also paying to park our car for a one-night stay.

Beautiful and comfortable place to stay.

Pros: It was very clean and walking distance to dinner places a movie theater a Publix and Starbucks. The outside pool was amazing with plenty of chairs and tables and a little bar area with music playing.

Cons: Breakfast was the same every day
