A pleasant stay - perfect for a busy theme park holiday.

Pros: The property was in an excellent location, it was close enough to Walt Disney World (about 10 minutes to Animal Kingdom) but also very close to a variety of none-Disney shops and restaurants, such as Target and Outback Steakhouse. The house was spacious and there was plenty of room for the eight of us (two families of four). The coded access to the property was really useful and meant that upon arrival we didn’t need to visit a management company office or look for a lockbox in the dark.

Cons: The property showed tiredness in some areas, such as marks and knocks to the furniture and in the pool some of the floor had worn away, making it a bit uncomfortable underfoot. The pool could have been warmer and at times was too cold for the youngest travellers in our group.

Excellent service from the owner with such a short notice booking.

Pros: Short notice booking due to our hurricane evacuation from the gulf coast. Entry details received immediately. Received telephone contact from Rajesh. Very helpful and informative. Nice warm pool. Pool heat additional but well worth it. Nice quiet gated estate.

Cons: Aspects of the house could do with updating. Large patio door needs a new lock. Didn't affect our enjoyment of the villa though.
