Perfect!

Pros: I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff was amazing as well as our room. The continental breakfast was the best I’ve ever seen.

Pros: Very clean. That was key. Every bathroom stocked and clean. The coffee and tea availability 24/7 was fantastic! Flavored creamers too! The fresh cold water available in the lobby was also a huge plus! The staff on Monday March 18 were exceptional. Continental breakfast area was very busy but the staff was on top of keeping tables cleaned as they became free and the breakfast was very well stocked . Very pleasant and helpful young man at front desk too.

Cons: I realize it's Florida and pools should not need to be heated and although the sun was shining and we wanted to swim, the pool was very cold. That was the only downfall.

Great for a hotel I was concerned about. It was more than what I expected.

Pros: The hotel and room was renovated and clean. The staff at the front desk was very nice and accommodating.

We checked in late and left early for a flight. Great place to rest and refresh for a few hours.

Pros: The property itself was new and fresh. There was coffee available regularly even when breakfast was not out. And the size of the room worked for our family of five. Shower pressure was nice!

Cons: The front dest attendant was OK, could have been friendlier. The pull out bed (couch) was a bit dirty and could have used some cleaning.

Pros: Listen , that bed? That bed was tooooo soft! I slept like a baby!! I like the mini fridge, the bathroom light behind the mirror was definitely top tier!! Overall everything was perfect !!

Cons: There wasn’t anything to not like! Nothing!

Noisy stay

Pros: The only complaint we had was that it was very noisy. A group of kids came in late and were making a very loud racket for 20 min at least about 10:30 pm. We called the front desk twice but they said there was nothing they could do. I would think someone could have come up to the third floor and told them to be quiet. I'm sure everyone else on the floor heard them, too. Very irritating!

Cons: My family came from North Carolina we haven’t slept all night we drove 9 hours. We booked this hotel because it was the only one that didn’t say they were fully booked. When we came to check in we didn’t know it was 4pm to check in. The older white lady with glasses was very rude to us. She said we are fully booked. Then I proceeded to say that online it didn’t state that and we already paid online. She said well I don’t know what to tell you. Check in isn’t even until 4pm so try to come back then. That breakfast wasn’t free we had to pay for it. We was up since 11pm til we got there at 8am. We didn’t even try to check in until 11:30am. Mind you all there were literally maybe 5 vehicles at this establishment. I wouldn’t return. The white people at this establishment is racist. We came back around 7pm to check in and the big white lady with red hair was just at her computer not taking us. The other lady already was with other customers who were black. That white lady seemed like she didn’t want to take the black people and had the other lady take all the black people. we had to wait on the other lady. She was so kind and made my stay pleasant. I really wish I remembered her name. Thank her so much for taking out her time to explain the policy and about complimentary breakfast.

If you want to be right on the highway, this is a clean, friendly, rather pricy option.

All in all I would stay here again

Pros: It was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable . People at the front desk that night we checked in were super nice

Will definitely stay again when we use the Auto Train.

Pros: We chose this hotel because of access to the Auto Train station. It's a new hotel and very clean and comfortable. We stayed in an accessible room (spouse is in wheelchair) and it was very easy to navigate the room and bathroom. Great breakfast and we were given late checkout.

Cons: Luggage cart was impossible to get into our room due to HVAC unit on the wall in hallway, just outside our accessible room. Had to leave it in hallway to load it. I was unaware until checkin that I would not receive points for the stay because I booked it through a third party.
