Pros: Room was bright and clean and good for an overnight stay. Shuttle service to Sanford the next day was very convenient.

Cons: Breakfast was extremely busy. The hotel was fully booked and there were about 9 tables. People were standing to eat and generally it wasn’t a great experience. This next comment is true of all places we stayed in so it might be a US thing rather than just this property but it was annoying when you aren’t used to it. We booked a room for 5 but we were surprised that the room wasn’t made up for 5 people sleeping. There were two Queen beds and a sofa bed as expected but the bed linen for the sofa bed wasn’t in the room and had to be obtained from reception. With tired kids this is a step I’d preferred to have avoided.

Pros: The hotel's location was very convenient: close to stores, restaurants and the Sanford airport. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and a nice size bathroom. I particularly appreciated the inclusion of a microwave and a fridge in the room. The hotel offered a good breakfast with a variety of options such as hot dishes, fruit, and dairy.. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall, my experience was very good..

Excellent value and convenient shuttle to Sanford airport

Pros: Breakfast was very good. I liked the kielbasa along with ham and eggs. Good choices for extras. Banana message was a fun touch! Staff were very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely be staying there on my next visit to Sanford area.

Cons: I wish there was body wash liquid rather than bar soap in shower.

Pros: room was very good, except for the missing furniture. on checkout the front desk did a check and found we were correct that there was missing furniture; they made an adjustment to the room rate which was a pleasant surprise.

Cons: there was missing furniture. with four adults not having some place to sit other than the beds was uncomfortable.
