Pros: New facility, very clean, very bright. Was a very comfortable. Restaurants within walking distance, from McDonald's to Outback. 20 min from airport, but an easy drive.

Cons: Feather pillows. Was a little strange to get to. Have to go through the McDonald's parking lot.

Pros: The staff were wonderful kind and very helpful! Loved our stay!

Would stay again

Pros: Your staff was EXCELLENT! I believe it was Miguel at the front desk, he was amazing. We had trouble with our tv remote, we called down to the lobby and 2 gentlemen arrived within minutes to fix. This morning at breakfast, the attendant was friendly and making sure everything was stocked and clean. WONDERFUL - the whole experience. Thank you :)

Convenient to the airport

Pros: This property was in close proximity to the airport so convenient for flying out in the morning. The staff was friendly, courteous, and acknowledged us coming in and out. We arrived before our room was ready and they let us store our luggage until we could check in, which was nice. We did not stay for the complementary breakfast as we flew out too early.

Cons: While the room was clean, it did have an unpleasant odor. I’m assuming because they allow pets.

Pros: Being about 10 mins to the airport. The staff were so pleasant and helpful with directions to restaurants and the Sanford airport. 😃

Cons: Getting to the parking lot for the hotel was confusing. Not clear-cut directions.

Had a comfortable, relaxing stay.

Pros: Newer property and close to a lot of shopping. Loved the kitchen.

Cons: The pool area was shaded by a large building . I’m sure that’s a plus in the summer but us Northerners want all the sun in January 😜

The over all experience of the stay was fine after the key feascal

Pros: The breakfast was just fine. I have stayed here before the surroundings are amicable. The hotel is kept up well.

Cons: Whe I checked in I was given a door entry key card. I had to return to the desk three times before the person at the desk returned to my assigned room with a master key to finally open the room. That was the fourth time up the stairs, which eventually opened the room. She brought me another operable key.

Great property. Great value.

Pros: Pleasantly surprised at how great the accommodations were. Clean and comfortable room. I love being able to check in/out on the Hilton app and getting a room key and avoiding standing in line at the check in counter.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was great!
