Fantastic

Pros: Absolutely amazing, loved everything about our stay. We had an excellent time.

Cons: Only issue we had was with the deposit hold, so had to call about a month later to remind them to release it but otherwise fantastic

Pros: We loved the location and the staff were so efficient, friendly and hard working!

Lovely hotelier of the best we have stayed in.

Pros: The location. The balcony over looking the lake. The room was lovely with art work on the walls. Loved it.

Cons: Wanting a credit card to reserve $100 dollars on my credit card and insisting I present my card even though I pre paid for the room. I don’t have a credit and was told can’t check in without one. There was a queue behind me so she let me check in eventually.

Lovely, friendly staff, great food, hospiand transitional hotel on the lake. Beautiful location.

Pros: Breakfast was nice. I ordered off menu and they made my healthy omlette and salmon with veggies everyday! Very good.

Cons: No laundry service which was a big problem for me or I would have stayed longer. Had to relocate to another hotel after 2 weeks as I needed my laundry doing! Was a long stay business trip.
