Really good place to stay for Disney parks. Free bus which is good now parking is 35 bucks

Pros: Location can't be beat, staff are great, food is good although low on selection. This was my 5th visit over a 26 year period. Would use again as overall is a win

Cons: The lifts... Always the lifts. Only 2 so in the mornings it's quicker to take the stairs

Pros: Great breakfasts. Room comfort. Cleanliness. Location. Room was cleaned daily, even though hotel indicated every 3 days.

Cons: Older facility, with minor inconveniences, such as tub diverter locked on shower.

Pros: Location, Conroy is a nice guy on reception, pool area.

Cons: Key cards constantly need re booting, elevators are slow.

Our stay was enjoyable but can be improved.

Pros: Pool is open 24 hrs; ice machine is working . Towels were always available. Nice location.

Cons: I was told the gym is open 24 hours but I tried to go to the gym at 2300H and was told it was closed and the guy at the front desk can’t do anything about it. WiFi was down during our last day and was not fixed until we left. The lift/elevator is slow leading to long waits. Comfort suites Coffee not available 24 hours unlike comfort inn Kissimmee by the parks in which has coffee available 24 hours. Garbage not collected immediately and has been in the bin for 2 days.

A hidden gem for families with kids

Pros: Location is the best. A stone’s throw away from Go-karts & other rides. A hidden gem for families with kids. Hot breakfast with omelettes is a bonus.

Cons: Room bathroom was dated & elevators are very slow.

2 night stay, I to attend the Daytona 200 bike race, the other to rest after a long flight from uk

Pros: Choice of cereals, porridge Hot food available Toaster Hot and cold drinks Fresh fruit Danish pastries and yoghurt

Cons: Everything was good Came back to the room to find that the carpet was wet though Rang reception and they had already been aware due to sprinkler issues, and had allocated another room for us to move to
