Pros: Nice townhome complex. Gated & very clean grounds. Lots of parking. Very diligent but friendly security attendants. Easy walking distance to Old Town and FunSpot amusement park, which is a nice way to spend an evening, and quick easy drive to the Disney parks. Well maintained, clean pool area.

Cons: Our rental unit was showing its age inside. The paint, handrails, etc were pretty marked up & worn in places. The carpeted areas were quite dirty & stained, it was obvious they hadn't been vacuumed in awhile as our socks were picking up stuff from the carpet. My wife dropped an earring from the bedside night table, and when she got down on the floor to find it she wished she hadn't seen how dirty things were under the bed. Furnishings were clean. Bathrooms were clean, hot tub was great.

Pros: The accommodation was excellent the staff were great and friendly, without doubt we will be back next year. Thank you for a superb stay, loved the Christmas atmosphere.

Pros: Our 3 bedroom townhouse was lovely, there were no carpets. It overlooked a small lake with wildlife. Lots of plates, glasses, and cooking facilities. The pool was lovely and never too busy. Zac's meals were really good we eat in and take aways. The reception were helpful with our queries. Maintenance staff were also friendly and helpful if needed. The location was great, within walking distance for the old town and restaurant. Easy route to Disney and about 25 minutes on a busy day to universal. We stayed from 19th August - 4th September, family of 4, including 1 x 20 and 1 x 17 year old, both really enjoyed the place Having read all the reviews before our holiday, I did have slight concerns, however all was great. Thank you, would definitely return.

Pros: Location is excellent. Old town is really fun to explore at the weekend. Near lots of restaurants and less than 10mins to Disney. 25mins to Universal. Bedrooms are comfortable. Good facilities.

Cons: Could do with more cutlery. Cleaners came while we were there so asked if they could come later. They said yes and then never did. So we never had a mid stay clean… their English was pretty poor so possibly lost in translation but nonetheless this was disappointing.

Fantastic place for some good time with family of friends.

Pros: Great place, quiet, clean, friendly personnel, nice tub. You can also see nice animals in the compound, deer, snapping turtles and alligator. Fantastic for families with restaurants nearby.

Cons: The equipment of the kitchen was quite over-used and no instructions how to get the fridge to produce ice. Nothing but a small cloud over a great time in Orlando.

Pros: ideal for our group. 5 friends. I would also recommend for families. Nice big open living room, with smart tv, big table and well equipped kitchen. great experience, would def come back!

Pros: We enjoyed our stay at Rate Regal Oaks Resort Vacation Townhomes. Accommodation is great as well as the location. It is perfect for stay with families. Parking is free.
