Comfortable Stay

Pros: Excellent location & close to Old Town. Friendly staff & restaurants within walking distance.

Cons: Breakfast room far too small for number of rooms, no matter what time you arrived. . A grab & go continental breakfast may be an option, as taking the current breakfast food back to your room was not allowed

Pros: Good location with plenty of restaurants and things to do around it. Rooms are huge which is great when a family are staying.

Cons: Breakfast was ok but not enough seating. Food and drinks was not hot enough. Bar shut earlier than advertised on more than one occasion.

Pros: The breakfast is very good and the room are very comfortable and spacious.

Spacious, clean room. Value for money.

Pros: I picked this hotel because of the spacious rooms with a kitchenette — and the price/value ratio. Totally worth it! The hotel itself is a bit old and could use some renovation, but the room was very clean, with more than enough towels and really comfortable mattresses and beds — perfect after long, exhausting days in the Parks. The location is great: there’s a 24/7 Walgreens right across the street and Publix nearby. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel offers free laundry for guests — a big plus for families or longer stays. Breakfast was standard for this hotel category — nothing fancy, but you won’t leave hungry. Dishes and cutlery are plastic. Overall, a good value for money if you’re looking for a clean, spacious suite close to Disney Parks.

Cons: The hotel is quite old and really needs renovation — everything feels a bit outdated. Also, breakfast is served on plastic dishes and cutlery, which is disappointing.

Honeymoon visit

Pros: This is the best place to stay in kissimmee. Everything is perfect for an amazing experience. We met here 8 years ago and come back regularly. This trip was to celebrate our wedding and to come back to where we met for our honeymoon.

To relax after a Disney trip

Pros: Nice resort to spend a few days, a little bit away from everything but OK. It has a nice but packed Water Park. Room was decent and have very comfy beds.

Cons: Breakfast was quite expensive for what was offered. Also the Towel service was not as exected, very small and without the option to change them,

Pros: Perfect for a short stay. We stayed here for one night before heading to Disney. The room was very spacious and clean. Bedrooms were spacious and modern. Living room slightly outdated. Overall a perfect stay. And a big plus; Breakfast included with hot and cold options.

Pros: Spacious rooms, comfortable beds 2 TVs Very quiet Room was clean Can control AC from the room Close to disney Free shuttle service to Disney & Universal Free washers/dryers available Includes breakfast Hotel could do with some sprousing up, but it did not detract from our overall enjoyment. I think the hotel is good value for money and I would defintely return

Cons: Note the shuttle collects once per day at specific times (to and from theme parks), makes stops at serveral resorts and currently only goes to Hollywood for Disney. If the times dont suit you, you will need to make your own way. Breakfast unfortunately offers mostly highly processed foods and as others have said its a small dining space so you may not always get a seat and they dont allow food to be taken back to the room. The washing machines need to be cleaned by housekeep once a week please - we wiped thick black slime from the drum tubing and found coins, plastic bags and other bits and pieces caught in there. The knives in our room were blunt and there cld have been a few more crockery dishes for those doing self-catering.

It was great i would stay again and recommend to my friends and family.

Pros: The location was convenient for us to visit Disney World. The hotel staff was very friendly and kind. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable for our family of 6. The room was a little outdated but clean. Breakfast was a bonus, and all the kids found something they loved. The pool was great; the kids enjoyed it and looked forward to going in it each day.

Cons: The living area was very old-fashioned, the furniture.
