Pros: REALLY REALLY great staff; all team members are super friendly, even the cleaning personnel!!! I am very impressed!! The SPA is worth a visit!!! Absolutely!! The mini market has some vegan options. Shuttle buses to Disney Parks are available and easy to book and go with these. I will absolutely come again if I visit Orlando another time!! Thanks to all the staff and team members!!

Cons: just some more vegan options in general, but apart from that, really, everything was amazing!! Well, the cleaning staff removed the soap, and regarding saving the planet and using resources consciously, this was not the case. Please make sure to not waste precious material like soap and even water. I remember not having put the towels on the floor, but they did take them anyways. Please forward that to housekeeping, thank you!!

Pros: Everything was great - lovely breakfast, great kids area and putting course, room was great size and clean. Valet team were great and quick. No complaints and will definitely use again

Amazing from start to finish

Pros: The customer service was amazing . The resort is beautiful, rooms are quiet and have Lux feel. The beds are super comfortable and the restaurants and bars have many options. You can stay as a family or definitely as a couples getaway.

Pros: very clean , hotels rooms are large , modern and well equipped. Roof top restaurant fantastic with good view of the fireworks

Cons: need to get transport to other restaurants/ activities as nothing in walking distance apart from other hotels . lobby shop is expensive for coffee/ snacks

Cons: That the hotel is pet friendly. I didnt know it was pet friendly. I dont know if they keep guest with pets in a designated area of the hotel, or certain rooms. I do like pets but I hate pet friendly hotels. The thought of sleeping in the same beds as pets it disgustes me. A friend died beacuse she got a tick from a pet that was brought from another country.

Pros: Tudo foi excepcional. Hotel novo, com a decoração maravilhosa, limpeza dos quartos e das demais instalações super cuidadosa, funcionários extremamente prestativos e atenciosos, gastronomia impecável e localização excelente! Estamos encantados com esse hotel e não vemos a hora de voltar! Recomendo para todo mundo de olhos fechados!

Pros: Professional and friendly staff. Great room with all amenities. Fitness center was small but well equipped.

Cons: NYE party was a nuisance for those not attending but we were happy to accommodate as it was just one day.
