Decent accommodation in city downtown

Pros: Great location and shuttle bus service. Well equipped in the room.

Cons: It’d be better if the quality of the sofa bed can be improved, and the parking fee USD$20/day can be somehow included while booking.

Great time in Orlando to visit the downtown.

Pros: The hotel is really next to downtown so you can walk. The room is really big and the beds are very comfortable. You can also have a late eat (until 11!) if you need. Swimming pool look great and the fitness area is also nice.

Cons: We have to pay for the parking lot, maybe it can be include in the price but I understand also that the hotel is close to downtown so it's probably normal.

Comfortable stay

Pros: Loved the swimming pool. TV had netflix. Nice bathroom and room.

Cons: Unable to pre book shuttle. Very loud incident during our stay with police called.

Pros: Nice and quite room, everything clean and as expected. The people at the frontdesk and at the bar were very kind and helpful!

Cons: Overall, I thought it was a good experience. However, I was not satisfied with the treatment by the receptionists, who came across as dismissive and responded to questions in a manner that felt argumentative rather than explanatory. Another issue we encountered was the lack of clear communication regarding how the breakfast system worked. We were given two coupons for two days, but when we ordered breakfast, there was always confusion about what was included and what wasn’t. The woman taking our order had to call the receptionist for clarification, and we were then asked to sign the receipt for the order. Clear communication from the start about how the system works would have resolved this issue.

Pros: The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is practical. Although I didn't use the gym, it looked good.

Cons: The hotel is a good option if you aren't spending a lot of time in your room. But it's a bit expensive for a clean, comfortable room.

Pros: The room was excellent. I really liked the comfort of the couch and the hassock that I could put my feet up onto. The room was spacious. The staff was excellent, very helpful.

Cons: I would have liked a bigger refrigerator.

The property had everything we needed onsite, helping us avoid any travel on I-4

Pros: The staff was awesome. Hunter and Ellis at The Bistro were super! They were both friendly, and could converse with anyone, about anything. Always smiling, great interactions with guests and seemed to actually enjoy their job. We'd visit again just because their service was second to none. They are a true asset to the company.
