Great stay at AC, lovely rooms and bar area. Great food, drinks and service.

Pros: We had a great stay here - food, drinks and service were great. The Sky lounge is fabulous and had a great Friday night vibe.

Cons: The room doors are really difficult to open!

Nice place, very good rooms, great rooftop, very well located

Pros: Great location, great rooftop, clean and updated rooms, good gym

Cons: Service at the bar and restaurant. Customer service was not good. I stayed several times here and I was lucky to find only a couple of good servers, one of them is a great bartender ( Nathaniel ) with outstanding service skills. Respectfully, a lot to improve regarding service I think.

The stay was great.

Pros: Breakfast was simply amazing. Location was perfect because I had an NBA game booked.

Cons: The bathroom's shower glass door was out of rails and had to be extra careful to not have it over my head.

Pros: The place was clean, staff was amazing and very close to Amway. We felt safe at the hotel, it was just the surroundings that we don’t feel good walking around. Other than that breakfast was very good and affordable. I t was worth the money. It was so nice and comfortable to hang out the lounge area on the 18th floor.

Loved my stay and will definitely be staying here in the future.

Pros: The breakfast was filling and tasty. The location to the Amway Center was very convenient. Pictures pretty much mirror my accommodations down to the amazing view!

Cons: Really did not find anything I did not like.

Pros: Comfortable beds. The floor manager was helpful as 1 guest was sick, ge allowed a late checkout. That was extremely thoughtful.

Cons: Requested a luggage carrier at room, never came. Made a second call 20mins after to reception again, someone came and dropped it at the door and left. We loaded the cart ourselves to elevator and pushed same to the uber
