Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Downtown

Pros: Location. The staff, especially the front-desk ladies.

Cons: The bedding was rather worn-out, though they weren’t dirty. This really needs immediate action. Breakfast is mediocre and the cleanliness in the restaurant, especially in the morning is quite poor.

Pros: Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, location good. Go visit the rooftop pool, great view over Orlando!

Cons: Breakfast buffet could be a bit more choice, like ham, cheese, beans, tomatoes,...

Pros: Location is pretty good in the downtown. The hotel is immacutaley clean, with good housekeeping system. a very good self catering 0-24 open vending machine like shop is avaiable. Breakfast is good especiially the menu is temptimg. The room was cosy and big enough. The most important pro for the hotel is the STUFF. They are always smiling, helpful, never looking tired. So all in all if You are about to visit Orlando this is a very very good option to take.

Cons: The humidity but this is not the fault of the Hotel :-)

Good location

Pros: The location was really good. I travel to watch a copa America game and it was a quite walking distance, as well as restaurants and bars. Near Eola Park to walk or run.

Cons: Breakfast was too early. On Monday was till 9 am so we were not able to have breakfast

Would stay again but definitely wouldn’t use valet parking

Pros: Location was good right in the heart of town. Staff were helpful.

Cons: Parking valets were quite rude on arrival when we asked what other options there were. We literally drove through the car park and straight ahead to the left was a public car park which was $18 for 24 hours. There were also always queues of people wait for their vehicles at the valet park. I think they get parked off site. The rooftop pool was great but wasn’t that peaceful as people coming and going allowed the gate to slam. Room was serviced every other day which was fine but if you wanted top up of coffee etc you had to ask at reception then wait for housekeeping to bring up to your room. On one occasion this took over half an hour. So we learned to plan ahead.

Pros: Perfect location for a downtown stay. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.
