Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Downtown

Edna at the front desk was a true hero leaving no stone unturned in the persuit of getting my phone back from my Uber .

Pros: Perfect sized studio for a small / young family with two great sized doubles. Kitchen and living area worked well with spacious bathroom.

Cons: The blind from the living are didn’t give me the comfort and privacy that a curtain would provide. But the bedrooms were private and dark.

Pros: We were late arriving to the hotel and they stayed to check us in Really appreciated it!! Thank you!!

Wonderful place to be

Pros: Breakfast was great so was the complimentary drink at night. We had a suite and it very comfortable and cozy!

Cons: That there are only 2 lifts!

I recommend this hotel!

Pros: Great hotel overall with very spacious rooms, including a separate living room, which was a nice surprise as it wasn’t mentioned in the description. The happy hour with free drinks was a lovely touch, and having parking nearby was very convenient.

Cons: However, the cleanliness of the sheets could have been better. Despite this, it was an enjoyable stay

Highly recommend for a downtown stay

Pros: The staff were wonderful. We were there for one night for the Orlando half marathon and upon hearing this, the lady at reception told us she’d give us a late check out. The rooms were a great size and the laundry room was very handy. Ideal location for lake Eola too.

Cons: The hotel is being down up so the biggest issue we had was the very slow elevator. This would not be a standard issue.

Pros: The staff was always nice and helped us when we needed information or help.

Cons: The amenities could be updated, especially the room. Some things are broken, paint is chipped in many spots. Also, the cleaning was not always good. There was a piece of pop-corn in front of our door, and it was there during our whole stay, which was a full week. Could be better for the price we paid.

Pros: Great location for the independence day fireworks and complimentary drinks/snacks were a bonus and very much appreciated

Cons: Lots of traffic noise and only 1 lift
