A beautiful well located and maintained hotel.

Pros: Location was great and the breakfast was good. Our room was spacious.

Cons: That there is NO ROOMSERVICE, although it was stated that there was. This is very disappointing and misleading information.

Final night of our holiday

Pros: The hotel was gorgeous. Loved the pool area and the bar in the evening with the complimentary drinks. Bar staff lovely.

Cons: The check in out staff were both a bit glum. Not as nice as the bar staff.

Pros: Beautiful property..great breakfast..spacious room.very clean

Cons: Huge property....no valet..paid parking and had to walk far..would prefer to have a valet if paying 15 per night to park and gave to walk far..also clean ling lady kept knocking and opening door...even though I had a late check out..also they called from front desk at 5am and I didn't ask for a wake up call..basically got no sleep..between call and doorknocking.

After a long flight too arrive and have a Happy hour puts a smile on all our faces ,The room was neat and tidy . And hot

Pros: The hotel is very clean and staff are very friendly. Also, GREAT location.

Cons: The only thing that I didn’t like had to do with issues with parking. There was an event going on and I had a very difficult time getting a parking place even though I was being charged for parking as a guest at the hotel. I also had an issue with the cleaning staff coming in and opening our door to clean without knocking 2 1/2 hours before checkout time. Luckily, we were up.

Exceeded Expectations!

Pros: LOVED BREAKFAST!!! Love, love, love - best ever! Great staff too, loved the room! Loved the complimentary drinks and snacks, loved the elevator, loved the pool and hot tub! Laundry was clean

Cons: LEAVING!!! - but we had to go back to work. We will be back though!
