Magic Moment Resort & Kids Club

Pros: The location is excellent, and is ideal for families with children, especially because it is a non-smoking hotel, which makes the environment very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and it was a big plus that they speak both English and Spanish. Highly recommended.

Pros: Friendly and pleasant staff, lots of activities for kids, good location, and a clean room.

Cons: The room lacked enough power outlets and had little furniture. We often had to keep our things either on the bed or in the suitcase, and the chair was taken by the laptop while it was charging, since that was the only conveniently accessible outlet.

Amazing!!!

Pros: The hotel is small but beautiful, cozy, and full of charm. Our room was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. What truly made the difference was the staff – absolutely wonderful, attentive, and always ready to help. They really make you feel at home. Definitely a place we would love to come back to.

Family friendly!

Pros: Great for families. Nice play park and pool. Rooms are adequate, comfy beds. We were on the back. Plenty of parking and safe. Breakfast was well stocked but crazy! All the staff we encountered were nice, especially the breakfast staff. Located close to the Disney parks.

Cons: The water smells bad. Not necessarily the hotels fault!

Pros: I liked that breakfast was included in the price and there is a nice play area for the kids.

Cons: I didn't like that there was no microwave in the rooms. I had to walk outside to go heat up a bunch of food. Also, the breakfast options were very limited they should have a variety. The juice was watered down so much it didn't taste like juice.

Cons: We didn't really like the breakfast this time. We cam at 9am and It was so crowded that we didn't even find a spot to sit. Pancake/waffle dough was empty. Coffee tasted over heated for a long time and no creamer for coffee. So, my girls had a bowl of cereals. If they had at least some cheese or boiled eggs, we would have had been to eat at least something. We all felt like the breakfast was better 1 and 2 years ago.
