Great hotel with good amenities for the price

Pros: Very friendly staff and a decent location for getting to various parts of Orlando. Roughly 15 mins to most of Disney and about 25-30 for universal. The pools were very nice and the kids had a great time the mini golf was also a lot of fun and much bigger than we expected with 18 holes. The breakfast was a decent start to the day although it would have been nice to have something like hash browns as a constant option for the hot side of food. Although this is particularly due to having an allergy child who loves hash browns.

Cons: A little dated decor wise and not ceiling light in room which meant having to have a side light on when needed. Neither things really would put me off this hotel but is the only thing I could really think of as a negative.

A great hotel in a great location and close to loads of shops and restaurants

Pros: The Hotel was great from stepping inside to leaving. The lovely fresh smell in the foyer was very nice. Staff extremely nice and helpful. Room was great and bed was super comfy. Pool area was amazing for us as an older couple but was great fun for kids as well with a water slide for them and adults.

Cons: Difficult getting a table at breakfast

I would stay here again.

Pros: Breakfast was pretty good. A few fresh fruits, simple egg and a sausage patty/stick, cereal selection and lots of topping choices for oatmeal, muffins and bagel choices with toasters, and 2 pretty good waffle makers which was the main attraction. Outside of the breakfast, there was a pool, fitness room with a scale, laundry room and access to purchase small snacks and items if forgotten, not to mention very close to Walmart, Publix, Wawa and anything else I could have needed. Service was very good.

Cons: It was 21-30min away from the Silver Spur Arena, which seemed to be the common distance for many hotels, so it can't really be counted as a negative. There are not really many great food or lodging options near the arena, so this worked out pretty good because there are many options near this hotel.

Pros: The location is perfect, staff were always friendly and approachable, the pools were great and rooms were always kept clean.

Cons: Nothing it was great

Pros: It had 3 pools, mini golf and other activities. also had breakfast included and was near eating places, nice for going for a walk in the morning. rooms were spacious for a family with microwave, fridge nd tea + coffee etc. We also had late check out which was no bother.

Good place for vacation with kids.

Pros: Good location, good to have a breakfast team at all times.

Cons: No shuttle from airport. And I did not like that free shuttle to Disney stops in four or five other hotels after Springhill.. We used the first time as we did not know this, second day used an Uber.

Pros: The room was gorgeous. Loved pool and hot tub. Great access to the beach
