Great value, very convenient location but probably not a place to consider for a 2 week pool holiday

Pros: Fantastic value for money. Very close to the theme parks and loads of shops and restaurants nearby

Cons: Not a lot to fault

Pros: The place is very clean, well maintained and the staff is always friendly and ready to help with what you need. We recommend this place with no hesitation.

Cons: As a resort, they don't offer daily service, unless requested.

Cons: Muebles, decoración y TV son antiguas. Falta renovación. No ofrece desayuno

Overall, our stay was excellent, the staff was very pleasant and accommodations were met.

Pros: Upon check in we were instructed to go to the hospitality counter, I refused because I was tired and didn't want to hear about a promotion or free giveaway. I didn't want to spend several hours the next day of my two-day trip sitting and hearing about a timeshare. After refusal the staff wasn't aggressive, he just stated I could return if I like to hear about the sign up for $200 and a free cruise. The room, hot tub and sheets on the bed were clean. The noise level was low. I had an issue with my key and after going downstairs to the front office for a replacement, I texted and Stephanie resolved the issue immediately bringing a new set up to the room so that I didn't have to return downstairs. There were plenty of towel's poolside. This location was very close to a variety of Restaurants and shopping outlets. Walmart was right across the street.

Cons: We were told that we had access to a rear door in building 4 where we had parked, however we had made multiple attempts. We walked back to the office twice to avoid moving the car in the cold only to be told by another staff member that they had been having issues with that door. It was a lack of communication between the staff. We were told the pool was heated and it was ICE COLD. The Jacuzzi outside didn't' get hot until the last 10 min. Too many reserve parking spots in the front for compact cars only. Would have love to see a few more open spots in the front for other sized vehicles.
