Pros: Great location for us. Modern themes and immaculately clean.

Cons: Bed was very creaky! And breakfast was a bit manic, and I don’t enjoy seeing people in their PJ’s !

Best hotel experience

Pros: Amazing hotel!!! Amazing staff. Breakfast was awesome above and beyond.

Cons: I loved everything. I didn't like when I had to leave.

A great base for any Orlando adventure.

Pros: The place is ample, comfortable and generally, works very well. The kids loved the pool.

Cons: I thought the shower could work better, it felt to me it just did not have enough water flow.

Great as a base for exploring the Kennedy Space Center and the theme parks

Pros: I had a great stay! The hotel is modern, fresh, and very clean throughout. The outdoor pool area was the absolute highlight—we loved the jacuzzi and the lazy river, which were perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were friendly and helpful, and having free outdoor parking was a huge plus. The location is excellent as a base for exploring the Kennedy Space Center and the theme parks, making the commute much easier.

Cons: The only downside was the breakfast—it’s typical American-style breakfast, which was a bit basic compared to the quality of the rest of the hotel.

Motivation, relax and recharge before airport

Pros: Very clean , spacious room , friendly staff , modern facilities , good selection on TV for evening relaxation. Pool area and sleepy river where great. Central location , no Noise heard in rooms . Easy to find parking . Loved the motivational phrases on wall and in shower gels etc.

Cons: Nothing in hotel , was just at a busy junction so traffic builds up nearly the entire day but especially after Disney key exit periods.

Perfect stay to go to Disney with kids

Pros: Everything perfect for a family with kids staying close to Disney! Details like dishwasher soap and washing detergent for laundry so helpful! Staff super friendly!

Cons: There was a strong smell of perfume or room defused when you enter, but this is a minor thing

Pros: Breakfast was good but the hot food could have been hotter. The toaster was so slow. Great range of food Rooms were spotless

Cons: Difficult to understand room service i tis done every 3 days which is fine , but got the bathroom bin emptied which was fine and towels left but no toilet rolls. Parked in hotel carpark and saw people smoking drugs next to where we parked and when we returned to the car it smelled inside of drugs as they had been standing so close. Floor 2 one night there was a really strong smell of drugs being smoked

My best experience in a US hotel, new, clean, spacious and fab staff.

Pros: Facilities look brand new, sparkling clean, spacious rooms and fantastic staff. Congratulations to whomever is responsible for hiring and training, not a single person was in a bad mood and they were all very helpful without being superficial. By far the best experiences in a US hotel.

Cons: Very few tables inside for breakfast, I went on a time when it was unseasonably cold and we all wanted to be indoors which was impossible. Therefore, breakfast area was crowded and hard to get a seat.

Pros: The room was spacious clean and comfortable and the facilities were also really good

Pros: Everything was so clean and breakfast was lovely and not too crowded. The lazy river was definitely a plus and it was great to stay there for my 60th.
