Perfect Disney Base – Free Parking, Friendly Staff & Comfy Rooms!

Pros: This hotel is a fantastic choice for a Disney World visit! It's just a short drive to all four Disney parks, with free parking and plenty of spaces—no stress about finding a spot or paying extra fees. The staff are incredibly friendly and quick to respond to any needs, which made our stay feel welcoming and hassle-free. Breakfast is a real highlight—delicious, varied, and the perfect energizing start to a day of park adventures. Our rooms were spot-on for what we needed. Mum especially loved the generous dressing table mirror and ample storage space to unpack and organise clothes properly. The bathroom is lovely too, with a spacious, well-designed shower that's comfortable and modern. Overall, highly recommended if you're looking for convenience, comfort, and great value near Disney!

Cons: I booked two Wellness Premium King Rooms with Walk-in Shower for our stay. Unfortunately, on the first night, one of the rooms we were assigned was a lower-grade room without air conditioning. This prevented me from fully unpacking, and meant I was staying on the opposite side of the large complex from my mum—who has mobility issues—making it inconvenient to visit her easily. The staff responded promptly when I raised the issue. They moved me to the correct Wellness Premium King Room the following night and offered compensation equivalent to one night's stay, which was a fair gesture and helped resolve the problem. Overall, the correct room was as expected and comfortable, and I appreciated how the team handled the mix-up. It just meant the first night was disappointing.

Great value Holiday Resort Inn and great staff!

Pros: I personally like the staff members at breakfast (Viviana, Jeidy and Maria) very kind and energetic. Overall good stay, rooms are spacious and clean and it is very good deal for the price. The hotel has a bar and a pizza restaurant open till 11pm, parking is free.

Staff & facilities good, our room/floor not so good

Cons: We stayed on the 7th floor. The aircon & fridge in our room were noisy, making a good nights sleep difficult. The room felt clammy & there was a slightly upsell on the 7th level

Lovely all round good experience!

Pros: Staff are so lovely, especially the man at reception that recommended me some parks and gave me tips on what rides to go on! The pool area was lovely and relaxing with the heated water and comfortable sun loungers.

Cons: Concierge desk offering discount park tickets but you have to go to a different hotel for a tour/time share meeting and then pressurising you to book it. And then when we decided not to do it he ignored us the rest of our stay. And as the name suggests by the park!

Great place to stay, i will stay there again

Pros: The staff, location, and everything else were great, as we expected. The ground staff was super friendly, making you feel welcome.

Cons: Toilet door - I didn't feel comfortable with it since it's just a sliding piece.

Pros: Great comfortable clean rooms. Really surprised at the level of service and facilities for such a great price. Would stay again.

Cons: At breakfast they asked me for a coupon for breakfast, I said that I would bring it after breakfast because I forgot it in the room and why should I take it if I already paid for everything when booking, you should inform the manager yourself at breakfast that my room is fully paid for, and not ask for some papers as if you live in the last century, moreover, as I understand it, they were very afraid that I would have breakfast for free and themselves went to find out at the reception if I paid, that is, they smiled, but did not believe me, this is very disappointing that they think that I want to deceive them because of some $ 20. Pros: The playground is great, the room is nice and modern, a nice pool, a beautiful shower. The breakfast is normal, add ice cream for breakfast and the kids will be happy!

Cons: No safe, no microwave, only 1 free charging port j-1772 for electric cars and 1 for Tesla, the rest are paid. The place was occupied by a petrol car and I was not able to charge my electric car. The staff did nothing to prevent petrol cars from parking in places for electric cars. I still did not find where there is free tea / coffee, maybe it is not available during the day.
