A must when it comes to hotels in Kissimmee

Pros: It’s just a very chilled environment, always clean and welcoming! The smell in the grand lobby is incredible!

Cons: Nothing.

Overall absolutely fantastic

Pros: Everything was amazing - so clean, comfortable and relaxing

Cons: I asked a reception staff member about a late check out who said one wasn’t available - then I asked another receptionist a couple hours later and there was miraculously one available

Pros: The staff were very attentive, the rooms are massive (high floor resort view is my fave!) Food good. Euphoria was closed but look forward to seeing that when we visit again

Cons: It is a little far out if universal studios is your preferred park but ideal for disney

Really helpful and friendly staff in a beautiful themed hotel

Pros: We came to the hotel as our flight home had been cancelled. The staff on reception, particularly (Melayna ?) were wonderful & immediately made us feel welcome. We had booked 2 nights which we then had to extend to 4 and the staff again helped us to merge the booking. The hotel and pool area helped us to chill and we enjoyed the food. Thank you all so very much.

We had a great stay and loved the hotel once our room was chaged.

Pros: The hotel and pool area were excellent, everything was clean, well presented and the staff were really lovely and helpful. The hotel was really well located to access to the parks and local shopping area with restaurants.

Cons: We booked a resort view room which when we arrived was a room facing a building site, car park and bunch of air conditioning units. We complained and were moved but as the hotel was so quiet I'm not sure why we were put in such a poor room in the first place. I think you are in danger of people not complaining during their visit and then them hitting social media when they depart with bad reviews which I think would be a shame as you have a great hotel so I would recommend that you don't use the poor rooms if not needed.

An amazing place to stay.

Pros: Location, staff, cleanliness and overall experience.

Cons: No laundry facilities on site.

Pros: Very clean resort. Close to parks and shopping and restaurants in the area.

Cons: The rooms need a bit of an upgrade. The vinyl flooring lifted a bit in our room along with broken handle to patio. Prices of drinks by the pool are expensive. 1 cocktail, 1 bud, 1 mocktail and a coke was $48. they automatically add 20% tip to the bill. Found the pool wait staff quite rude at the bar (not day bed service). Onsite coffee from provisions is bad!! But I’m an Aussie so have high standards for coffee. Be careful in the spa it’s highly chlorinated and ruined my daughter’s bikini.

Great resort vacation

Pros: Beds super comfortable, huge resort with multiple pool locations, really clean and staff friendly Food shops close by excellent

Cons: Like it all, a guest laundry would be great at the property and even if provided like a kids club

Beautiful surroundings.

Pros: The hotel is styled beautifully and really feels welcoming. The bedrooms are lovely and comfortable. They are spacious and very clean. Very comfortable beds and the bathroom was spacious and beautifully decorated.

Cons: The staff were not too helpful and made you feel a bit of a nuisance. I think they were more interested in the conference guests than the hotel guests!
