Hyatt Regency Orlando

Nice stay but please improve WiFi and streaming

Pros: Nice big clean room, nice bathroom. Pool area was amazing.

Cons: Not much water pressure for showering. Not possible to use streaming !!! No Netflix, prime …please fix that!!! Nothing worked we tried everything screen mirroring not possible we called and asks for help nothing… it helpful staff do that issue. WiFi not so good. Please fix that. Parking very expensive not necessary..you have the space

Enjoyed my stay

Pros: Great location for us, close to all universal parks, bars and restaurants on I drive.

Cons: Sun loungers were quite an issue. Quite a lot of them had signs on as ‘premium’ or similar, first time I have seen this on my stays here. As we are not the type to go down and put a towel on one first thing in the morning, it was hard to find anywhere around the pool.

Pros: We were there for a conference. The conference center was connected via an airbridge. So convenient! The room had a pool view and we liked it so much. The lifts have never been crowded. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons: The breakfast was served in a restaurant (B-line) so it was not an open buffet, we could choose only one starter and one drink free in the breakfast included reservation. Some of the restaurant staff was nice but the rest was not so friendly. The beds were so soft that you sink in. I didn't like it. The pillows were too soft. Altought it was march and the weather was not that hot, since there was no way to let the humid go out of the room, the towles never got dry.

Orlando stay with a baby

Pros: We love the convenience of having a 24h open market and different food options for dine in or take out. We loved the welcoming at the entrance door, very personalized. We love the fact that it is a big location with different spaces.

Cons: The room was a bit outdated but well cleaned on daily basis.

Very enjoyable

Pros: Breakfast was very nice our waitress Regina ( the woman from hati) was wonderful she was married to an irishman from Dublin city and she's a big joe dolan fan I would stay in your hotel again if I knew she would be serving us

Absolutely amazing wow

Pros: The location of the hotel was amazing easy to get to places from there. The staff were amazing so friendly and helpful especially at breakfast. Would definitely come back again.

Clean, modern hotel

Pros: Reception was very welcoming, the lobby and rooms are really clean and modern. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a room on the 22nd floor and the views were great, nothing special but cool, especially at night. Would stay again. This hotel is ideal if using the local conference facilities.

Cons: Room service was slightly rude. I had sourdough missing from my order and when I called, I was told they didn’t have any (should have been told on delivery) and when I asked for some toast, I was told they didn’t have any. When challenged if there was any bread, they miraculously had sourdough. The lady on the phone was quite short. However the lady who delivered the food was very polite and apologised.

Pros: The staff have been wonderful and flexible all the way long. The manger also kindly didn’t charge me the car park. Nothing big but means a lot in terms of Relationships with clients. Breakfast was nice. Many thanks to all the staff

Great hotel

Pros: Hotel is modern and the room is huge . Everything is super clean, staff is very friendly, restaurants are great and the gym is amazing!
