Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando

Very enjoyably. Great value for money

Pros: Location is excellent. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance

Pros: Reception staff (Yvonne?) very efficient, clean comfortable room. Perfect location for what we needed

Cons: The staff at the till in the restaurant. On her phone, then having a heated debate with a coworker about a mistake that had been made. Totally ignored us as we waited to pay. A male member of staff had to tell her to take our payment. Overall though, a perfect budget option.

Pros: Its my 3rd time at the rosen inn; i love the hotel

Cons: This time we didn’t understand why the maid changed the towels but didn't make the bed.

Pros: Best location in Orlando when attending a conference

Cons: Rooms are a little dark, lack of light in the bathroom, AC a little bit noisy

Great value for Money

Pros: Very good value for money. Great location, very nice and cozy establishment. We got room on the 10th floor, with splendit view. Surroundings are nice, with plenty of things to do and eat.

Cons: It was a bit cold in the room, as the temp fell into 3 degrees Celcius at night, and the aircon was not capable of tackling it. Also, some upgrade to the TV sets could be a thought, but not essential.

Pros: Everything was so good. Very good location. Free shuttle bus to the theme parks & staff so professional and polite. Great place to stay.

Pros: - Great location, walking distance to orange county convention centre - Significantly cheaper than all other nearby hotels - Massive rooms, containing TV (not smart so bring your own firestick!), microwave, coffee machine. Very clean, daily housekeeping. - didn't use the pools but they looked good - free shuttle for Universal Parks - friendly and helpful staff - good selection of places to eat in Pointe area across the road

Cons: - rooms and decor fairly dated, but very acceptable for price. However everything worked perfectly and was clean so not an issue. - some road noise, even from top floor, but this is just cars going past and otherwise the area is quiet

A gem of a hotel

Pros: The location was great for getting about the parks, the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room was cleaned daily with fresh bed sheets and towels. The hotel in general was clean and tidy

Cons: Room was a little dated and a little dark

Pros: The localization in great, the room amazing and the staff super kind

Cons: No breakfast included

Overall I liked the resort, it was good. It was for my business trip and was very convenient.

Pros: The resort was good and convenient, Staffs were friendly and efficient. Liked the environment. Will sure to stay the next time.

Cons: the breakfast was okay. I dont take pork meat so didnt have much choice on meat. Too many on sweet items. The cost of breakfast was a bit pricey too.
