Super staff so super days

Pros: The staff is really amazing. You do not expect such an caring and helpful and problem solving staff at tge front desk if its not a 5 star hotel. But world wide I experienced really less staff in expensive hotels. Also the location and parking is perfect. Rooms are clean.

Pros: Very solid location right by the Rosen Center, good for a budget. Really happy they had a microwave in the room along with such a large fridge.

Cons: Though the one issue was the shower was broken during our stay

Conveniant and good value

Pros: The hotel is perfectly located near the Convention Center and not too far off the different theme parks - including the new Epic Universe. It also features a 24/7 IHOP and 24/7 McDonalds for late diners which is very coveninant. The pool is appreciated under the Orlando heat, with a wide opening range (it closes at 10pm) The staff is all very friendly - especially Isabella which is super adorable and gave me good advices. Thank you and take care! <3

Cons: The door to the room felt a bit rickety, as well as the hydraulic lifts serving the different floors (which eventually went out of order during my stay).

Affordable, Clean, Good Staff

Pros: This hotel could be the best one in that area because all of the other hotels were so expensive, yet they don't offer amenities. The location was perfect, and parking was available. The room was very good, and the best thing is the people! I love everybody there who are warmhearted, smiling, and helpful. Thank you very much!
