Pros: location was great, staff were friendly, rrom was clen and the bed was comfy.

Very pleasant stay Well located for Disney and Universal

Pros: The room was adequately furnished for the family. Great to have a kitchenette. Lots of breakfast options in the morning. The pool was huge, great temperature and well maintained.

Cons: The room was a bit small for five people.

Pros: Nice personnel, breakfast included, swimming pool. Target shop very close, microwave and coffee machine in the room.

Cons: It's practically impossible to register to shuttle bus. This service is very limited.

Pros: Dylan was awesome at the front desk. The Room was nice, food was awesome! Pool, Hot Tub and Arcade was great. The Ice Cream Robot in the hotel next door was awesome. Loved it all! Parking was good and not overly crowded

Cons: The pillows are a bit too soft for my liking but other than that, nothing was wrong

Pros: I spent there just one night but the place was perfect and I will recomend it. The personal was really helpfull and kind. The pool till 11 pm from early morning was great. Breakfast was very good - lots of things to taste with Mickey waffles included. Close to Disney. Room was big and comfortable. I will come back there for sure.

Pros: The location was perfect, the staff were really friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast was excellent.

Cons: The shuttle bus service to the disney parks could be improved, more services would be appreciated as it booked up very quickly and I couldn’t get a space for any of the days I was staying.

Close to Disney. Beautiful beautiful hotel!

Pros: Beautiful hotel, wonderful breakfast. We were going to Disney world, if we went again we would definitely stay here the night of and the night before. The pool was perfect for kids, there was an arcade room that my kids loved.

Cons: That I didn’t stay an extra day!

Pros: Amazing so close to Disney with all the amenities needed in the hotel, great free shuttle service to the parks. Great pool that stays open until 11 pm every night!
