Overall, well-satisfied!

Pros: The staff were exceptionally nice. Despite our AC heather didn’t work on the middle of cold Orlando winter, the staff provided us with portable heater immediately. The breakfast was nice. Had a free shuttle bus to theme parks. The view of our room overlooks the lake and the sunset.

Cons: AC heather didn’t work in our room in a cold Orlando winter night.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay with a great location, good breakfast and excellent service.

Pros: The room was very good. The location is excellent, with almost everything within walking distance. The breakfast was also wonderful. I particularly appreciated the laundry service.

Great location for Disney parks

Pros: Pleasant check in. Decent size room. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. Easy to park. The best part was how close to the parks we were. So easy to drive to the Disney parks.

Cons: The door felt like a swift kick and it would open.
