Stay in a car is nice and stay here is too.

Pros: Staff, quick check in, pool which I didn’t swim in again(ocean swimmer), breakfast, lighting, short walk to surf, fridge, microwave, tub…

Cons: Phone Wi-Fi slow.

I highly recommend to stay here.

Pros: I've stayed there before everyone's very welcoming and with the exception of not being able to pay over the phone or you know for immediate charges everything was great they're always very hospitable there good crew staff and it's very friendly overall

Things were great. Except the smell of the room.

Pros: Checking in was super easy and super fast. The person at the desk was friendly and professional. There was always plenty of parking and the staff was amazing.

Cons: We reserved a non smoking room but when we got into the room the smell was atrocious. We ended up having to get a candle just to mask the smell. And that still didn't help. The pictures on the site are very misleading. It shows a couch and a chair for a desk. But we actually had to move from our first room because there was a hole in the wall and there was no couch and no chair. The staff did say if we wanted it they could bring it in. Just super weird to show it in the pictures and it not actually be there.

Pros: La ubicacion y cercania a los paques que iba a visitar fueron un punto de referencia para escoger el lugar, y al llegar al sitio la tranquilidad del espacio hace que se sienta uno muy seguro y confiado, volveria a quedarme allí

Cons: No me dieron informacion oportuna que la base de reserva me la entregaban hasta 5 dias despues de haber realizado el checkout, no se si me devuelvan el dinero completo o no

Pros: Great place. Lot of reviewers don't like the long-terms residents hanging out and foot traffic, but no problem for me; everyone was nice. Room was well clean, in keeping with local standards.

Pros: The first time we came, there were cockroaches all over the floors and everything, and we had to buy 3 sprays to get rid of them, which irritated me. Although the second time we came, it was very good, the room was clean, they had a sofa bed, and they gave us all the materials they needed. They also have guest laundry in building 400 and also the lobby with 2 - 3 vending machines there. Very good and happy that it improved. Some of the rooms are still being renovated, and I guess the first time we came, it was being renovated, but yes. Also, it's a very good location !

Cons: The first time we came here, which was like back in july, there were cockroaches everywhere. Just so some people know some of the rooms are being renovated and if it's not good I think you need to ask to switch a room like we should have done.

Para un chileno clase media es de las 3B bueno bonito y barato

Pros: Por el valor la estética era muy buena, estaba una buena distancia de los parques.

Cons: La limpieza un poco limitada y algunos detalles estructúrales estéticos.
