I would certainly stay there again! The place is well kept! Very safe and clean - coming from a paranoid clean freak!

Pros: The property was as expected. It was clean and comfortable. We felt very safe. The pool is great for small children as it is only 4 ft deep. It had enough towels and proper working washer (just noting as I read a previous comment stating that it didn’t). The pool got a few little green spots, and bugs that came through the screens (caused by rain). We sent a WhatsApp to have it cleaned in the morning and within an hour the pool guy was there despite that day not being their standard pool cleaning day. Deconova (Property Manager) was very prompt and polite with their response. The resort water park was an added bonus. Easy shopping and dining is literally walking distance away.

Cons: If I have to leave any constructive comments I would say the pool cleaners (private pool company, not owners or property managers) used too much chlorine. It was so strong that it irritated everyone eyes and the scent became unbearable after a while. There is a door that has a Penalty if opened sign and it was a little concerning as my kids slept in the room next to it but there is a floor plan at the entrance that puts your mind at ease.
