Everything was fine except the wrong charge by the hotel.

Pros: Nice staff who agree us check in before 3pm. Breakfast is good. Quiet living and convenient parking.

Cons: Despite I have paid on Booking.com, I was wrongly charged form my credit card after I checked out (it's not the deposit). I had to call the hotel and asked them refund. But still lost on some money. For the refund money was less than the charged number. Maybe it because currency exchange rate flapped. Anyway, it made me feel bad.

Pros: Id have say that restaurant service was incredible tho. Also beds and the space inside the room amazing ones. And def the crew, pretty nice.

Cons: Id suggest that laundry could stay one per building. Just as a suggestion.

Will be nack

Pros: We liked everything about the hotel the staff were very friendly and the young girl on the reception her name was Love was especially helpful. Location was perfect lots of restaurant's nearby

Cons: Could have had a few more phone charging points in the room.

Pros: Good location with friendly staff. Breakfast was simple but good. Even though the hotel is almost next to a main road it was very quiet inside the room.

Cons: The water in the sink didn't drain properly.

Great value for money

Pros: Breakfast was good and the shuttle to the Disney attractions. Room was clean and comfortable. Great value for money. Many pools around the resort property and activities to do.

Cons: No shuttle to the airport and the property is over a good 30 minutes drive from the airport

Pros: I lived the facilities, the pool was large enough to properly swim and the staff was very lovely and always happy to help with any requests. Breakfast was basic but filling and tasted good.

Hard to beat for the price

Pros: Spacious clean room, with AC, microwave, fridge. Breakfast is decent enough for US standards. A couple of pools on the premises, mini golf etc. Supermarket in walking distance. I'm sure there are nicer places around but this is hard to beat for the price!

Cons: Everything food/drink related closes early in the evening. No other bars in the direct area.

Pros: Rooms were clean, beds conform ,the pools were clean and nice Breakfast was good

Great hotel to stay at if in Orlando.

Pros: Great facilities, numerous pools. Clean, fresh, good WiFi, free parking, gated entrance, breakfast, coffee machine, large room, great shower. Wonderful staff. Amazing price.

Cons: Busy at breakfast time. But understandable. So no complaints.

Will return

Pros: Miguel was very welcoming on arrival Great facilities to use at summer bay Vast amount of restaurants in the area and grocery store literally five minute walk away. We will definitely return Please thank Miguel for his warm welcome

Cons: Some of the bathrooms need a little tlc. We stayed twice in different rooms so 4 rooms In total and basin areas have been redone but baths were dated and water pressure quite low
