Would definitely stay again, thank you

Pros: Very clean hotel, not far from winter park downtown area. Nice staff and very helpful on email with sorting out late check out. Much appreciated.

Cons: I didn’t realise that they only did room service every other day. I missed that message. Otherwise all good.

Pros: It was clean, friendly staff, food was nice, room was comfy and nicely furnished and well taken care of. Plenty of space

Pros: The location for the event that I was attending was close.

Cons: For the price breakfast should’ve been included for both people staying in the room. One person can eat for free I assume or maybe it was included in the price but the other person has to pay $20 make that make sense. Breakfast Should Be Complementary for the rate I paid.

Lovely Christmas time with Family

Pros: It was an excellent experience, we enjoyed our stay very much. Mr. Milquiades received us pleasantly and ensured we had a great stay - Thank you! Our waiter was amazing with us during our breakfast at the Garden Grill, food was delicious. Everyone was attentive and courteous. We will come back for sure. Thank you for making our Christmas time holiday happy and comfortable. The location is superb, many diverse restaurants and shops to experience.

Cons: The buffet is pricey and limited to basic items. I recommend what we had: the incredibly delicious omelette and french toast. Custom breakfast orders are better in our opinion.
