Pros: The staff was very kind and helpful especially the lady at the reception named Fabiana.

Cons: I booked a room with breakfast included. When I went for breakfast, there was no choice, with my so-called volcher there was only one choice from the entire menu, if I wanted something other than eggs and potatoes I had to pay extra.

Next time we go to Orlando - we stay in Sheraton!

Pros: People who work at the front desk and restaurant are very nice and friendly! They do a great job and provide an excellent service, they are very polite and nice. Many thanks for their hard work!

Cons: Service in the restaurant, speedy check in at late night, mattress is the best thing in the room, unbelievably comfy!

There was limited towels in our room we had to call in for extra towels

Pros: My first morning at breakfast the staff that attends to us was rude and unprofessional. She let us wait for long time before serving us because we wanted to know if we booked breakfast in our stay

Cons: At check in we have to actually walk up to the front desk and greet the 2 ladies that was there before they anything to us

Pros: The parking lot is spacious, the swimming pool is large, everything is clean, easy to find the location if you use a navigator

Cons: It is rather cheesy to charge for parking in this rather remote part of town. Free coffee is available only for a couple of hours in the morning on a standalone table. Exorbitant prices for breakfast at the restaurant. However, it is true there is a much cheaper version of the restaurant just across the hall.
