Pleasant hotel with good value for money.

Pros: Breakfast is basic, typical of the USA. The hotel is very nice. I didn't get to use the pool. Parking was easy and the service was good.

Cons: It's a bit far from the center of Orlando.

Pros: I would like to recognize jim he was in the front desk as soon as we checked in not only be rememberd us he was te sweetest most welcoming ever defintly made our stay so much better cant wait to go back

Good hotel

Pros: It was very good , comfortable bed and spacious room

Our one night ‘go to’ hotel after landing at Orlando & one night before flying home - it’s about 50 mins drive. Al

Pros: It has all we need. Nice big rooms, welcoming reception with good area for sitting - also used for breakfast. All facilities (gym - pool/tub) pleasant outside place by pool

Cons: Haven’t found anything

Cheap, clean but don’t expect much

Pros: Good facilities, very clean.. Person that welcomed us was very friendly.

Cons: But don’t expect a reasonable breakfast. Too little options and they don’t care to change or put more food during the hours. Not even one fruit available, no non dairy milk. Just pancakes, black coffee and tea, some concentrated juice, 2 option of muffins, white bread (it was finished both days I was there by 8am) and pancakes, that’s all. Don’t use the washing machines ! They are expensive, old and they don’t belong to the hotel, so it stopped mid cycle, damaged my clothes and guy in reception said it didn’t belong to them so basically not their problem. It was just me and my husband and our 5 months baby with a lot of luggage and the cart was unavailable and after an hour and something we gave up and came up and down couple of times to bring all down.

Pros: Good clean rooms with comfy beds, plenty of parking space, good breakfast. Would book again!

Cons: at 5.30am an alarm clock was going off in the empty connecting room, we couldn't find anyone to turn it off and obviously couldn't get into the room ourselves. Understandable at that hour, but would've been nice if there was personel, since we traveled for 25+ hours the day before.

Solid, comfortable stay for a great price

Pros: Room was spacious, great large and comfortable bed, all amenities, very nice bathroom. Free water station and small snack kiosk on site. Very good breakfast.

Cons: Receptionist seemed tired and uninterested, but other staff were nice and polite.

Pros: Very lovely hotel, we started on Canada avenue in Orlando but we wished we started her, Jim was very lovely and welcoming, so we’re so thankful he received us. Overall 9/10, the breakfast was okay, the juice, coffee and water was amazing so thank you. 🙏🏾

Cons: Nothing, they were great, customer service was exceptional!

Good place to stay.

Pros: Clean hotel, nice pool, wonderful breakfast, friendly staff. Easy to get to, lots of shopping and food options nearby. Great for the price.

Cons: Bathroom doors are basically double closet doors, no locks, and they stick, so you have to pull on them several times to get them to open, making it very loud. Beds are small and hard. Family of 4 could not sleep comfortably in the tiny beds. There were unruly and loud guests who ruined our stay and woke us up early, but not the fault of the hotel.

Pleasent stay

Pros: Clean room, good breakfast, nice staff, coffee available 24h, heated pool.
