Grand Home Near Disney With Private Pool

Pros: We liked that we all could be together in the same house. Having 4 grandchildren, it is important to us that there is plenty for them to do and that they are happy and they had a great time.

Cons: Our family was waiting for the bus to come to take us all to Disney, and my husband uses a scooter, and two of my grandsons are in a double stroller. When the bus arrived, the employee who was a woman with blonde slicked back hair told my son to fold up the stroller. My son, in a com voice, told the employee that the last time we took the bus, we didn't have to fold the stroller. She responded back very nasty and told my son well that was yesterday and stormed away and went inside and kept it going with other staff very loudly around other guests. To me, we pay to stay at your resort, and that was toldly uncalled for, and if the driver wanted us to fold up the stroller, we would have no problem. The driver should be the one to ask my son to fold up the stroller, not the employee.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, and plenty of space for everyone in our group.

Cons: Overpriced home and over-ruled environment. Rules are posted everywhere at the lobby, by the house, on the back porch, and handed out on paper just in case they were missed elsewhere. Someone came to the door to explain more rules in person. At the large community pool, the music was often interrupted so that the rules could be announced over the speakers. It was a little much.
